aFe BladeRunner 3in Aluminum Hot Charge Pipe, Black - BMW 540i G30/G31 B58

The hot-side charge pipe carries boost from the turbo toward the intercooler. On the G30 540i it's plastic from the factory, and aFe's BladeRunner swaps it for welded aluminum that handles heat better and moves more air. It's a direct-fit part, so nothing needs to be modified to install it.

What you get

• TIG-welded aluminum tubing that steps from 2-1/4 to 2-3/4 inches, with smooth mandrel bends to cut turbulence. aFe says it flows up to 19% more than the factory pipe.
• Billet aluminum quick-connect in the factory style, sealed with an O-ring.
• Spring-loaded stainless T-bolt clamps and 5-ply silicone couplers.
• 1/8-inch NPT ports for adding sensors or water-methanol injection.
• Wrinkle black powder coat for heat and corrosion resistance.
