CSF Toyota A90/A91 Supra/ BMW G-Series B58 Charge-Air Cooler Manifold- Black

On the B58, the charge-air cooler lives inside a plastic intake manifold. CSF's Super Manifold replaces that assembly with a CNC-machined, fully TIG-welded billet aluminum unit and a much larger air-to-water core. In CSF's testing with VF Engineering it ran about 30°F lower intake temperatures than stock and recovered faster between pulls.

What you get

• Billet aluminum manifold, CFD-designed and fully TIG welded, finished in Thermal Black heat-dispersion coating.
• Bar-and-plate core with 12 water rows, twice the factory count, with lower pressure drop and an inlet air divider.
• Port injection ready: a 1/8 in NPT port and pre-plugged bung on each runner, plus an AN-8 fuel rail and six injector hats.
• Extra ports: three 1/8 in NPT sensor or vacuum ports and two -4AN coolant bleed ports.
• Recessed shape so the oil filter can be reached without removing the manifold.

Good to know

• CSF sells it for off-highway and motorsports use only.
• The engine cover will not fit with the fuel rail installed, and 48V mild hybrid models need a minor alternator modification.
• CSF says not to run it above 60 psi of boost.
