Dinan's semi-open intake replaces the factory airbox on the F-chassis M240i, 340i and 440i. It uses Dinan's closed-box layout, with a bigger airbox and filter, and adds a revised lid with an extra opening that lets more turbo sound through. Dinan claims gains of 15 hp and 13 lb-ft at 6,000 rpm on an otherwise stock car.

Good to know
- Dinan rates the install at about an hour. It includes moving the mass airflow sensor over to the new intake.
