The Gen 1 B58 cooling system uses plastic connections that tend to fail and standard rubber hoses. VTT replaces them with molded six-ply silicone hoses shaped to the factory routing, joined by black-anodized billet adapters.
What you get
- Six-ply molded silicone hoses following the stock routing.
- Black-anodized billet adapters instead of the plastic connectors.
- Full kit or individual hoses: Full Hose Kit (upper and lower radiator, expansion tank and upper vent), Radiator Hose Kit (upper and lower), or Upper Radiator, Lower Radiator, Expansion Tank or Vent Hose on their own.
- Three colors: Red, Blue or Black.

- Fitment varies by chassis, model year and hose. Routing differs on some Gen 1 cars, so match each hose to your car's BMW part number before ordering.
