On F-chassis BMWs, the factory radiator sits behind the charge-air heat exchanger and has trouble keeping up once you add boost or a bigger turbo. Coolant temps climb, and on track that can trigger limp mode. The stock radiator's plastic tanks also age, with clogged tubes, damaged fins and a risk of cracks or gasket failure. CSF's all-aluminum radiator addresses both problems.
