Crankcase pressure climbs as boost goes up. Once a B58TU or S58 is well beyond stock power, the factory ventilation system can't keep up, and the trapped pressure costs ring seal and forces oil mist where it shouldn't be. This low-profile billet adapter opens a bigger vent path right at the oil cap.
