Kelford Cams Camshaft Set - B58 Gen 1.5

These are Kelford's performance camshafts for the Gen 1.5 B58, sold as a set. They suit an engine that already has intake, exhaust and turbo upgrades bolted on, and Kelford pitches the base grind at roughly 550 to 750 hp on a 58 to 68 mm turbo. Valvetronic and dual VANOS stay fully functional, so throttle response and a wide powerband are kept.

What you get

• Three grind choices. A is 270°/268° duration with 10.30 mm/10.15 mm lift. B is 285°/280° with 10.30 mm/10.60 mm. C is 288°/288° with 10.35 mm/10.80 mm.
• Built for bolt-on turbo builds, with grind A matched to the 550 to 750 hp range.
• Keeps the factory variable valve systems working, so the car stays responsive on the street.

Good to know

• A valve spring upgrade is mandatory. Kelford recommends their KVS58-BT spring kit.
• BMW built the B58 in several revisions, which Kelford calls Gen 1, Gen 1.5 and Gen 2. If you are not sure which one you have, contact us before ordering.
