The DS3 is Dorch's highest-flow single pump for the Gen 2 B58 and GR Supra. It has Dorch's largest bore and runs at 350 bar, with about 20% more fuel than the DS25.
What you get
- DS3 high-pressure fuel pump with mounting hardware.
- Dorch high-pressure line rated to 350 bar.
- PTFE low-pressure line, plus the hose and harness for a plug-and-play install.
Flow, as Dorch rates it
- Gasoline: about 950 whp (about 1,150 whp with Dorch's +27% cam upgrade).
- E50: about 800 whp (1,000 whp with the cam).
- E85: about 700 whp (870 whp with the cam).
Good to know
- Dorch says the DS3 needs injectors larger than the S58 OEM ones to reach its full potential.
- Dorch's kits are built as a drop-in for the factory pump position: the hoses follow the OEM routing, nothing is cut or bent, and the DME keeps full control of the pump. Each kit comes with Dorch's own high-pressure line to the fuel rail instead of reusing the factory line, and Dorch backs its pumps with a lifetime warranty.
- The pump needs software that supports it. Dorch's in-house calibration team supports its pumps, so tell your tuner which pump you're running.
- Already running an ethanol sensor? Tell us when you order and we'll get the matching hoses from Dorch.
- Fits Gen 2 B58 cars: Toyota GR Supra 3.0, Z4 M40i, M240i (G42), M340i (G20), M440i (G22), 840i, X5/X6/X7 40i, and the 540i, 740i and X3/X4 M40i from the 2020 model year on. Pick your car group in the Fitment option.

The B58's high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) bolts to the back of the valve cover, by the firewall. You disconnect the battery, bleed off the pressure by slowly cracking the 17 mm line nuts into rags, then remove the lines,
B58 Fueling Explained: HPFP, LPFP, Port Injection, Flex Fuel and E85
The B58 fuel system has two pumps. The low-pressure pump (LPFP) in the tank feeds the high-pressure pump (HPFP) on the engine, which feeds the direct injectors. On a tuned car, the HPFP is usually the first wall, and eth
