The Gen 2 B58 (B58TU) and the GR Supra run a 350 bar fuel system, so a Gen 1 pump won't do. Dorch's DS25-350 is its DS25 pump reworked for 350 bar. It drops into the factory position and stays under full control of the DME.
What you get
- DS25-350 high-pressure fuel pump with mounting hardware.
- Dorch high-pressure line rated to 350 bar.
- Low-pressure hose and a plug-and-play adapter harness.
Flow, as Dorch rates it
- Gasoline: about 850 whp (about 1,000 whp with Dorch's +27% cam upgrade).
- E50: about 720 whp (900 whp with the cam).
- E85: about 620 whp (770 whp with the cam).
Good to know
- To use the pump's full flow you also need bigger injectors. Dorch's budget pairing is the S58 OEM injector upgrade, which adds about 30% flow over stock.
- Dorch's kits are built as a drop-in for the factory pump position: the hoses follow the OEM routing, nothing is cut or bent, and the DME keeps full control of the pump. Each kit comes with Dorch's own high-pressure line to the fuel rail instead of reusing the factory line, and Dorch backs its pumps with a lifetime warranty.
- The pump needs software that supports it. Dorch's in-house calibration team supports its pumps, so tell your tuner which pump you're running.
- Already running an ethanol sensor? Tell us when you order and we'll get the matching hoses from Dorch.
- Fits Gen 2 B58 cars: Toyota GR Supra 3.0, Z4 M40i, M240i (G42), M340i (G20), M440i (G22), 840i, X5/X6/X7 40i, and the 540i, 740i and X3/X4 M40i from the 2020 model year on. Pick your car group in the Fitment option.

B58 HPFP Install: Gen 1 F-Chassis, Gen 2 B58TU and the GR Supra
The B58's high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) bolts to the back of the valve cover, by the firewall. You disconnect the battery, bleed off the pressure by slowly cracking the 17 mm line nuts into rags, then remove the lines,
B58 Fueling Explained: HPFP, LPFP, Port Injection, Flex Fuel and E85
The B58 fuel system has two pumps. The low-pressure pump (LPFP) in the tank feeds the high-pressure pump (HPFP) on the engine, which feeds the direct injectors. On a tuned car, the HPFP is usually the first wall, and eth
