This is the cotton replacement filter for the do88 intake system on the F-series M140i, M240i, 340i and 440i. A high-flow cotton filter needs regular care to keep filtering well, so it's worth keeping a fresh one on hand or replacing a worn one.

- do88 recommends cleaning it about every 10,000 km (around 6,200 miles) with a cleaner made for cotton filters.
- If you drive in dusty conditions, do88 suggests oiling the filter with cotton filter oil for better filtration.
