Lowering a car changes the steering geometry. As the suspension compresses, the front wheels toe in or out on their own, which you feel as bumpsteer. SPL's adjustable tie rod ends correct that by relocating the outer pivot with stainless spacers. The car then tracks straighter over rough pavement and curbs.
What you get
- Adjustable pivot height that corrects bumpsteer on a lowered car.
- 304 stainless steel spacers for relocating the outer tie rod pivot.
- PTFE-lined FK steel spherical bearings that need no maintenance and remove deflection.
- 6061-T6 billet aluminum body with a 4140 chromoly tapered stud.
- Light weight: 1.49 lb per side, about 3 percent under OEM.
