Ohlins 12-18 BMW 3/4-Series (F3X) RWD Road & Track Coilover System

Road & Track is Ohlins' coilover kit for cars that are driven on the street and taken to the track. It's built around Ohlins' Dual Flow Valve (DFV) damper, with one adjuster per axle that sets compression and rebound together, plus separate ride height and spring preload adjustment. Ohlins aims it at better handling without giving up daily comfort, and the recommended setup sits roughly 20-30 mm lower than stock.

What you get

• DFV dampers: an inverted MacPherson strut up front and a conventional shock at the rear.
• Springs included, 80 N/mm front and 140 N/mm rear.
• Adjustable ride height and spring preload at both ends.
• Mounting parts, a C-spanner for preload, owner's manual, mounting instructions and a sticker set.
• Rebuildable dampers, salt-spray corrosion tested to ISO 9227.

Good to know

• The kit reuses the original top mounts.
• Cars with factory EDC need a separate cancellation kit, sold on its own.
