The S58's oil filter housing is aluminum, but its screw-on cap is plastic. The cap is brittle and can crack during filter changes, which leads to weeping oil leaks. MMX machines a direct replacement from solid aluminum billet, so the leaks don't come back.

- Polished, then gloss-black anodized for a lasting finish.
- New factory-spec O-ring included.
- Direct replacement for the factory plastic cap. MMX calls it an oil filter housing; it replaces the cap, not the aluminum housing on the engine.
