Milltek Sport Cat-Back Exhaust - G20 M340i

Milltek's stainless exhaust for the M340i comes in two versions. The GPF-back keeps the factory particulate filter and replaces everything behind it. The cat-back goes further forward and swaps the filter section for bypass pipes. Both use a Milltek rear silencer and keep a valve on the right-hand side.

Which version

• GPF-back: keeps the factory particulate filter. Choose OE tips (reuses your BMW trims), polished GT-100 tips or black GT-100 tips. The one to pick for a daily driver or a car under warranty.
• Cat-back, GPF delete: removes the particulate filter for more flow and sound, with polished or black GT-100 tips. For off-road / competition use only.

What you get

• Aircraft-grade 304L stainless steel in 76 mm (3 in) pipe.
• Milltek rear silencer with axle pipes, a left outlet pipe and a valved right outlet pipe.
• GT-100 tips (left and right twin-tip assemblies) on every version except OE tips.
• Cat-back only: front connecting pipe and GPF/OPF bypass sections.
• About 2 to 2.5 hours to fit, counting removal of the factory system, according to Milltek.

Good to know

• Milltek lists both versions for the G20 M340i (including xDrive) and G22 M440i, 2021 and later. Confirm fitment for 2023+ LCI cars with us before ordering.
• Milltek classes both as race products, and neither is E-marked.
