Mickey Thompson ET Street R P305/45R17

On a B58 car at the drag strip, traction off the line usually limits elapsed times more than power does. The ET Street R is a DOT street-legal drag radial that uses Mickey Thompson's race compounds and a tread with very little void, so more rubber touches the track. This is the P305/45R17 size, also listed as 28x12.50R17.

What you get

Good to know

• It needs a 17-inch wheel 9.5 to 11.5 in wide, with 10.0 in as the measuring rim.
• Mickey Thompson says not to run it on a dyno, and never to use rim screws with radial drag tires.
