KW's V5 Clubsport is built around its Solid Piston damper technology, a modular design where the damping valves are arranged in series. The dampers respond with no lag, even to small steering inputs and minor road ripples. They also hold the chassis up better than a conventional damper, which on some cars lets KW run lower spring rates.

What you get

• Four-way damping adjustment. Low-speed and high-speed compression (SPCLH-A) and low-speed and high-speed rebound (SPRLH-A) each adjust separately.
• Fast, precise damper response to braking, throttle, steering and road undulations.
• Low gas pressure, in the 6 to 10 bar range, with low hysteresis and no cavitation.
• More platform support from the solid-piston design.
