The Evolution is Injen's sealed-box intake for the G-chassis B58 cars. It keeps the factory inlet scoop doing its job, feeding cool outside air into a one-piece molded housing, and swaps the restrictive stock path for a larger filter and a smoother tube. Injen designed it to run on the stock engine calibration.
What you get
- One-piece sealed housing in roto-molded XLPE polyethylene. It connects to the OE inlet scoop with no modification.
- Roto-molded intake tube, shaped and dyno-tuned by Injen for this engine.
- SuperNano-Web dry filter with a 5-inch inside diameter, held by Injen's Twist-Lock mount. It can be cleaned and reused.
- Stainless band clamps with an inner liner and reinforced silicone couplers.
- Injen's dyno claim: up to 13 hp and 11 lb-ft over stock.
