The factory B58 turbo inlet on G-chassis cars is plastic, with resonators built in that restrict flow and muffle the turbo. Dinan's carbon fiber inlet drops the resonators and opens up the path to the compressor. The turbo works less to make boost, and you hear more of it.
What you get
- Carbon fiber pipe in place of the factory plastic inlet.
- 14% more internal volume and an average 7.7% larger inside diameter than stock.
- Factory resonator removed for more turbo sound.
- CNC-machined fittings for a direct-replacement fit.
Good to know
- On the X3 M40i and X4 M40i it fits 2020-2025 only, and needs Dinan's inlet fit kit (D763-0101).
