The factory M240i exhaust has a center section with two resonators that sit in the path of the exhaust flow. Dinan's mid-pipe takes that section out and puts straight stainless tubing in its place, so exhaust gas has a clearer path between the front of the system and the rear muffler.

What you get

  • Straight 3.25" tubing in place of the factory center section.
  • Both factory resonators deleted, which opens up the exhaust note.
  • T304 stainless steel construction.
  • A few pounds lighter than stock. Dinan lists 21 lb for its pipe against 24 lb for the factory part.
  • Mounting hardware included.
