The turbo inlet carries filtered air from the intake into the compressor, and on the later B58 the factory piece is plastic. CTS Turbo's inlet replaces it with cast aluminum and a large inside diameter, so it won't break the way the stock part can. CTS says it adds flow and sound and sharpens throttle response.
What you get
- Cast aluminum body with CNC-machined flanges in place of the factory plastic inlet.
- Large inside diameter for more flow than stock, per CTS Turbo.
- Works with the factory intake, CTS intakes and most other aftermarket intakes.
- Quick install, which CTS puts at about 10 minutes with basic hand tools.
Good to know
- Made for the six-cylinder B58C and B58D only. It does not fit the four-cylinder Supra.
