This CSF module replaces both the charge-air heat exchanger and the transmission cooler on the X3 M and X4 M. Under hard use the factory parts struggle to shed heat, and the stock heat exchanger uses plastic tanks. CSF's version is all aluminum, with a much bigger core on both coolers.

What you get

  • Two-row, 42 mm heat exchanger core, versus the factory one-row 28 mm core, with multi-louvered fins.
  • All-aluminum TIG-welded tanks in place of the factory plastic tanks and crimped gasket.
  • Dual-core transmission cooler with about twice the core volume of the factory single-core unit, plus CNC-machined mounting brackets.
  • Bolt-on metal upper rock guard built into the heat exchanger.
  • OEM-style quick-connect fittings and a hand-brushed satin finish.
