Hard use heats up the ZF 8-speed in the A90 Supra and G-series BMWs, and hot fluid means tired, sluggish shifts. CSF's cooler uses two stacked cores in about the same space as the factory one, which adds a lot of oil volume without blocking air to the rest of the cooling system. It came out of CSF's earlier work on the F8X M3, M4 and M2 Competition.
What you get
- Dual-core design with 240% more core volume than stock.
- Stays near factory size, at 129 mm tall versus 125 mm for the OEM unit.
- Uses the factory top and bottom rubber seals so airflow through the stack is unchanged.
- Drop-in fit with the OEM front heat exchanger or CSF's #8154 version.
