The Sprint Booster changes how the car reads the drive-by-wire accelerator pedal, so the throttle reacts sooner to your foot. It does not change engine output. It plugs in behind the pedal and can be removed just as easily.

What you get

  • Plug-in install at the factory connector behind the accelerator pedal, with no wires to cut.
  • Sport and Race modes for progressively quicker pedal response.
  • 36 programs in total, 18 for manual cars and 18 for automatics.
  • Valet mode that cuts acceleration by 55, 65 or 75 percent, switched on and off with a three-digit PIN.

Good to know

  • aFe lists it as not CARB exempt, so it can't be sold for use in California.
